We retained Clement this year as a replacement for his handsome sire, Scalleywag, who has done so well for our herd, but has suffered permanent damage from meningeal worm. Weighing 13 lbs. at birth, we could see immediately that “Clem” had inherited his dam ‘s overall size, width, and power, as well as his sire’s style. We will use Clem to increase bone strength and width, and would expect to see outstanding mammary attachment in his daughters as well. At 6 months of age, Clem now weighs 100 lbs!
